Forbes Adria: Two years of growth, influence and stories that matter
14th November, 2025
Forbes Adria marks its second anniversary as a premium business media brand with strong regional influence and a reputation as a trusted source of information—not only for the business community, but for the wider public.
Just two years after launching local editions in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Forbes has become an indispensable reference point for decision-makers across the region. Through daily analysis, exclusive reporting and events of international relevance, it now brings together leaders, executives and entrepreneurs on a scale previously unseen in this market.
With an average of 1.5 million monthly users in 2025 and a regional reach of more than 20%, Forbes Adria has solidified its position as the most influential business media brand in the region.
Forbes Serbia: Special Award for Investigative Reporting
“The second year was even more successful than the first. We delivered on our mission to cover the most important economic stories and scandals, underscoring the role of investigative journalism and the importance of independent media in Serbia. Our success is even greater considering we operate in the most challenging media and political environment in the region. Even when all doors are closed, we find a way to get the information. And importantly, we still refuse to let the current sweep us away—we don’t fall for clickbait, nor do we recycle other people’s work,” said Ivan Radak, Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Serbia.
In the first quarter of 2025, Forbes Serbia grew its audience by 48%, expanding its national reach to 29%. A series of investigative stories uncovering the causes of the canopy collapse at the Novi Sad railway station significantly strengthened public trust in Forbes as a source relevant not only to the business community but to the broader public. For this series, Radak received a Special Award from the Independent Journalists’ Association of Serbia.
Forbes Slovenia: Launching the First Local 30 Under 30 List
Forbes Slovenia has today unveiled its first-ever Slovenian edition of Forbes 30 Under 30, highlighting outstanding young individuals under the age of 30 in Slovenia – visionaries, innovators and creators who are pushing the boundaries in entrepreneurship, science and technology, (pop) culture and the arts, and sports.
The project began in May, when Forbes Slovenia launched a public call and invited more than 80 institutions, mentors and individuals to submit nominations for young talents. “The selection is important for several reasons. It showcases young people from Slovenia who are successful – some even on a global scale – and who demonstrate the kind of talent essential for societal progress and national confidence. These young individuals can inspire others. Through their ideas, work, perseverance, resourcefulness and passion, they prove that it can be done,” emphasized Editor-in-Chief Bojana Humar, who also led the selection process.

Forbes Croatia launches new business podcast
Forbes Croatia has quickly established itself within the country’s business and academic circles. Companies eager to showcase their success have begun reaching out proactively, and strong stories are now coming in on their own, notes editor-in-chief Vladimir Nišević. This confirms that the business community had long lacked a platform dedicated to high-quality business content — a gap that Forbes Croatia is now filling, as reflected in the growing interest of its readership.
Forbes Croatia has also taken a step forward with the launch of its podcast, Forbes Business Unplugged.
“In addition to the steady growth in readership and social media engagement, we are especially proud to have introduced a new video format — Forbes Business Unplugged — a podcast dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship, success stories, and emerging trends relevant to every business. In the year ahead, we plan to further strengthen Forbes Croatia’s position as a premium business portal, and we are preparing several new formats that will offer a high-quality response to the needs of Croatia’s business community,” the portal’s editor adds.
Forbes Montenegro: Regional stories now picked up by Forbes International
Editor-in-Chief Biljana Matijašević notes that when Forbes Montenegro launched two years ago, the team knew it was entering a small market—but also one where high-quality business stories were undervalued.
“Today, nearly two years later, what brings me the most satisfaction is hearing people say, ‘I have a story for you—I think it belongs in Forbes,’ and receiving invitations from the business community to be media partners of major events. That tells us we’ve earned the trust of both the business sector and our readers.”
Over the past period, the team has showcased Montenegro’s successful entrepreneurs, innovators, women leaders, young creators behind major projects, members of the diaspora, and companies expanding beyond national borders—some even as far as space. Their work has also been recognized globally: Forbes International featured their story about Montenegro’s first satellite in the October edition of World of Forbes.
Forbes Bosnia and Herzegovina: A Platform for Inspiring leadership stories
Editor-in-Chief Amela Keserović-Polić emphasizes that Forbes BiH set out from day one to deliver relevant reporting and stories from the worlds of business, economics and innovation.
“Two years later, we are proud to say that we have become a trusted source of information for entrepreneurs, managers and anyone seeking to understand the dynamics of the market, the economy and business. We have also become an exclusive media partner for the region’s strategic dialogue on the future of the financial sector.”
In its second year, the Forbes BiH newsroom placed special focus on investment processes and challenges in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the development of artificial intelligence and the technological transformation ahead. Through interviews with globally recognized Bosnian experts—from Singapore to Australia to Bosnia and Herzegovina—Forbes BiH provided insight into the latest AI achievements and their impact on the local market and business community, both through online reporting and the televised program.
The show Forbes Magazine, the first television program under any Forbes edition worldwide, has become widely recognized in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina for its dynamic format and relevant content, featuring inspiring conversations with leading managers and entrepreneurs from the region. Each week, Forbes Magazine offers a curated overview of the most important developments in technology, artificial intelligence and global innovation.
Power Women’s Summit: A regional platform for empowerment
In its second year, Forbes organized the second Power Women’s Summit in Belgrade, bringing together more than 450 women for a day of exchange, learning and connection. The event tackled critical issues and offered practical insights—from breaking taboos around mental health and redefining leadership in the age of artificial intelligence to exploring longevity and the importance of early breast-cancer prevention.
Once again, the Summit confirmed its status as one of the most dynamic events in the region, fostering a space where women connect, collaborate and lead.
A vision for the future
With only two years behind us, we have already demonstrated what it means when quality, integrity and courageous journalism move in lockstep. We will continue to grow, set new standards and build a media brand that reshapes the market—bolder, more ambitious and stronger than ever.
