This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how United Media S.à r.l., a private limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée), registered in Luxembourg under number B184939, with its registered office at 6, rue Jean Monnet, L-2180 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (hereinafter “United Media”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses and processes personal data when you access and use the website unitedmedia.net (the “Website”).
United Media acts as the data controller in respect of personal data processed in connection with the Website. This Policy applies solely to data processing activities that arise from your access to and use of the Website, which is provided for informational purposes only.

1. What personal data do we collect?
When you visit the Website, certain technical and browsing data is collected automatically.
The categories of personal data we may collect include:

2. How do we collect personal data?

3. Purposes, legal basis and retention periods for processing personal data

This Website is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. In the event that United Media or its assets are sold to, or merged with, another entity, some or all of the personal data collected by United Media may be transferred to potential acquirers, the actual acquirer or surviving entity.
5. Your rights
