Ivana Galić Baksa has twenty years of experience in management positions in the field of marketing and communications. She has been the head of the most successful marketing and communication team in the media industry on Nova TV Croatia for six years.

Before coming to the position of the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications of Nova TV Group, Ivana Galić managed the Marketing Communications Department at Telecom VIPnet (now A1) for almost four years. For five years, she was the head of a marketing agency and before that, she worked in production and brand management at the Croatian production company Croatia Film.
