Nevena Madžarević, recipient of the United Media scholarship for Reuters Journalism Studies at Oxford

Nevena Madzarević, an editor from the Serbian television channel Nova, has been selected as a fellow at the University of Oxford’s Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism this fall.
Her Oxford fellowship is slated to begin in October 2024.

Nevena Madžarević is a well-known Serbian host, producer, and editor. She currently holds the position of editor-in-chief and host of the morning program “Wake Up” on Nova TV in Serbia. After completing her studies at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in the Department of Film and Television Production, she pursued master’s studies in journalism at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade. She built her career on the most renowned television networks in Serbia and has been a part of United Media and Nova TV since 2020.
