Ambassadors of EU countries visit N1 television, discuss media freedom

Ambassadors and diplomats of Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Norway, and Sweden accredited to Croatia visited N1 television’s newsroom on Thursday to look at what an average day looks like for N1 reporters and journalists, and also to discuss the state of media freedoms in Croatia with N1 professionals operating in Croatia’s media environment.
Their visit was also an excellent opportunity for the six ambassadors to talk to our reporters and editors about a series of topics, including the upcoming European election in May, Brexit, Croatia’s investment climate, as well as democratic standards and media laws in the country.
