For the second consecutive year, Croatian Nova TV has been recognized as a leader in gender pay equality, receiving the prestigious Equal Pay Champion certificate. The award, presented by SELECTIO Group, was announced at a ceremony in Zagreb attended by HR experts, directors, and executives from leading companies.

The certification aims to promote pay transparency and encourage organizations to implement policies ensuring equal opportunities for all employees. Nova TV has been acknowledged among companies taking significant steps toward closing the pay gap and fostering equality in the workplace.

“Transparency and fairness in the reward system are essential for employee motivation and the long-term success of the company. We will continue investing in policies that ensure equal opportunities for all because we believe diversity and inclusion are the foundations of a modern and successful organization,” said Kristina Sanković, HR Director at Nova TV.

This year, the number of certified companies has increased, reflecting growing awareness among businesses about the importance of equal pay for equal work, noted Aleksandar Zemunić, Director of SELECTIO Group.

The Equal Pay Champion certificate is open to companies of all sizes and industries, aiming to drive fairness and equality in workplaces across Croatia.
