Elena Dimova has been named as United Media’s HR Director

Elena Dimova has been appointed as the HR Director of United Media effective March 1st 2024.
Elena brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having worked in the field of human resources for almost twenty years. Prior to joining United Media, she worked in-house HR roles in the finance and banking industry, FMCG (food production), heavy industry (metallurgy), and fintech (IT).
Her wide experience includes recruiting and executive search, employee engagement, employment surveys and research, and performance management.
Elena’s new responsibility will be to lead the strategic direction of the HR unit, working closely with United Media’s top management and subsidiary firms. Her goal is to ensure the implementation of effective people strategies that match the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
