Elena Dimova is HR Director of United Media

Elena brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having worked in the field of human resources for almost twenty years. Prior to joining United Media, she worked in-house HR roles in the finance and banking industry, FMCG (food production), heavy industry (metallurgy), and fintech (IT).

Her wide experience includes recruiting and executive search, employee engagement, employment surveys and research, and performance management.

Outside of her professional life, Elena is the mother of two young girls.
