Magic FM was launched in 2001 under the name of Radio Atlantic. In April 2010, its name was changed to Magic FM, but its programming characteristics and overall sound remained the same.

The radio offers to the Bulgarian audience the best music of the past 30 years. Magic FM’s programme is targeted at the active, socially engaged audience aged 20-60. Its programming features fresh and interesting rubrics and games, while the golden international and Bulgarian hits of the 1980s and 1990s continue to define its musical image.
