The Voice has been on air since 2007, offering contemporary and hit music to the Bulgarian audience. The radio has an original format that has been successfully applied in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Bulgaria. The selection of music, shows, ad breaks and campaigns are programmed in line with the audience’s demands and expectations, making The Voice a distinctly recognizable radio station among other players on the media market.

The media is established in 2007 as a hip hop and RnB oriented media. Nowadays it plays primarily pop music and it not only follows the global music tendencies, but also imposes music trends on the Bulgarian market.

Its mission is to bring global popular music to people aged between 18 and 35 as well as to educate the audience about global tendencies and music.

There are three major accents in the program of the radio:

  • Morning Voice is the morning show with host Marie-Nicole. It’s the place for news, drive time music for a good morning, quizzes and giveaways on the air.
  • BG VOICE TOP 10 – the top Bulgarian chart for Bulgarian music on the air respected by a lot of Bulgarian artists. It gathers great interest from the audience, and it’s aired on Friday night. The audience votes for their favourite new music on our website: thevoice.bg
  • AIRPLAY CHART TOP30 – the chart which ranks the 30 most played songs of the last week on The Voice radio airwaves. The hits are based on real air broadcasts.
