Regional news network N1 is once again opening its doors to young aspiring journalists through its annual Summer Journalism Workshops, held across its three production centers — Belgrade, Zagreb, and Sarajevo.

Participants will be immersed in the fast-paced environment of TV, web, and social media journalism, learning directly from some of the region’s top professionals.Running from July 1 to August 22, the initiative is aimed at final-year journalism students and recent graduates eager to gain real-world experience in TV and digital journalism.

Since launching the program in 2015, nearly 350 young people have taken part — and many of them have since become full-time members of the N1 team, working in reporting, production, or digital media.

As a socially responsible media organization, N1 is committed to fostering the next generation of media professionals by offering them direct access to experienced mentors and real newsroom environments. Through lectures, mentorship, and hands-on experience, participants gain the skills and confidence needed to build a career in journalism.
