The portal Nova.rs celebrated its second birthday on February 28^th.

In addition to the latest news, analyses, reports, readers on the portal have so far been able to read many exclusive stories in all sections – from interviews with famous athletes, through exclusive knowledge from politics, society, local crime news, to exclusive excerpts from the most famous literary works and interviews with world celebrities – from Ryan Reynolds to Angelina Jolie.

You could also read exclusive stories in our informative sections. In politics section, readers were the first to find out who are the candidates for MPs from the ruling party and the opposition, who will be the candidates for mayor of Belgrade, as well as about the candidacy of Zdravko Ponoš as the opposition candidate.

From the very beginning of the portal’s work, all sports fans could read exclusive interviews with successful athletes.

Almost two years ago, Luka Dončić, the NBA star and Dallas basketball player, in an exclusive interview for the portal Nova.rs, talked about meeting with Michael Jordan, which he will never forget.

Interviews with Igor Kokošov, Bogdan Bogdanović, Boban Marjanović, Darko Pančev, Dušan Tadić and the UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin followed.

The best cultural section in Serbia

For weeks now, culture lovers have had the opportunity to read exclusive excerpts from Mira Furlan’s autobiography “Love me more than anything in the world” on the portal Nova.rs, in which, among other things, they learned all about the beginning of her conflict with Šerbedžija, and about the person who saved Mira on Brioni from him.

Nova.rs has returned to the media scene (and brilliantly re-actualized) the trend of exclusive broadcasts of excerpts from the most important literary works published in the last two years in Serbia. Apart from the work of Mira Furlan, parts of Basara’s NIN award-winning novel “Kontraendorfin“, as well as, for example, inflammatory excerpts from the debut book of Sergej Trifunović, “Stovarište”, caused a big storm.

Perhaps the most prestigious was the conversation with the American writer Jonathan Franzen, the first big interview given to the Serbian media.

All fans of entertainment in the previous two years were able to find content on our portal for themselves every day.

Some of the prominent personalities who gave interviews for Nova.rs are Svetozar Cvetković and Vojin Ćetković, and our readers could also read the life story of the famous Srđan Žika Todorović, and Marina Tucaković, with the original manuscripts of her greatest hits.

As 2021 was marked by the “you are not alone” movement, Nova.rs exclusively found out that the actress Danijela Štajnfeld arrived from New York to inform the prosecutor about a person who, according to what she said in her documentary a few months earlier, raped her. Later, it turned out that this was Branislav Lečić.

As of late, all fans of the show “Survivor” have the opportunity to meet the contestants on our portal, and will soon be able to watch them on Nova S TV, in this challenging competition.
