TV Nova, Nova.rs and Radar celebrated significant anniversaries
12th April, 2024
With numerous colleagues, guests, associates, and friends, TV Nova from Serbia celebrated its fifth birthday, the portal Nova.rs celebrated its fourth birthday, and the new weekly Radar celebrated its recent launch at the party marked by joy and positive energy from all guests.
TV Nova celebrated half a decade of its existence, and since the broadcast of the signal in 2019 until today, it has positioned itself as the most watched cable television in Serbia. The data of TV Beat for March of this year show that it was the most watched commercial television in the country that month, with the share of 13.29%. At the same time, these figures indicate that TV Nova has recorded growth of a phenomenal 20% compared to March last year, which comes as another confirmation of the great trust of viewers.
In the past year, it has also recorded a significant increase in viewership by almost 10%, and the results of TV Beat for the first half of March show that the entertainment-competition show “Survivor” and the series “Time of Death” are the dominant media content in the country, which place Nova to the position of the most watched television by far among the total competition.
Nova.rs portal celebrated its fourth birthday as the fourth most read portal on the Gemius list, according to all relevant parameters – real users, daily real users, page views, visits and time spent on the page. On social networks, the portal also records phenomenal results, and has reached more than 100,000 followers on Instagram.
Experienced media professionals within United Media celebrated the launch of both print and online editions of the new political weekly Radar, which is bold in its choice of topics, precise in its observation and analysis, sharp and fair in its criticism. Radar is in the hands of a brave team of journalists who have proven that they are immune to orders, settlements and control, for which there are no untouchable subjects and personalities. Completely independent from all kinds of pressures, the new weekly is intended for individuals who, above all, value quality.
The joint party of television, portals and weekly passed in a phenomenal mood, and the director of United Media, Aleksandra Subotić, wished all the media within that company to continue achieving success, independently and decisively as before.
