Vidra Milačić is the new director of Nova M television

United Media has appointed Vidra Milačić to the position of director of Montenegrin television Nova M. Nova M has been part of United Media for four years, during which it has won viewers and created a strong independent news program.
Milačić has been employed at Nova M for four years, and until now she held the position of chief financial officer; in this role, she dealt with strategic planning, budgeting, business analytics, and reporting.
She came to this position from Societe Generale bank Montenegro, where she was the Head of the Internal Audit Department. She started her career at Ernst & Young Montenegro, where she worked on audit projects in various industries for five years.
“Being a part of United Media is inherently a privilege, and managing its member is a great responsibility. Television is a very creative industry that motivates and requires constant improvement. On the other hand, working in television means bearing a great social responsibility towards the citizens, diligently and reliably informing them through daily reporting, promotion of entertainment and culture. In the coming period, we will continue investing in people and the program. People, i.e., viewers are always at the center of our work, and we will continue to work on high-quality, innovative, and creative program content, which will strengthen our position on the Montenegrin market,” Vidra Milačić said when taking over the position of director Nova M.
“I thank Ivana for her wonderful cooperation and professionalism, and I wish her all the luck in the future,” Milačić added.
Ivana Šebek, under whose leadership United Media took over the national channel, is resigning from the position of director of Nova M.
“After several years of successful and wonderful cooperation with United Media, from which I carry great experiences, I am resigning, full of wonderful memories, from the position of director of Nova M, due to personal reasons. It was a pleasure to work for United Media, to be part of the United Group, and I am proud of the results that we achieved. As I look forward to the next steps in my life, to United Group and all colleagues, thank you for your wonderful cooperation, professionalism, respect, and great energy. I wish my successor as the director of Nova M television, Vidra Milačić, and the great team of employees, only success in all fields,” Šebek said.
“I thank Ivana for her past results and dedication, and I wish her all the best, and I wish Vidra much success in the new victories that I am sure we will achieve together,” United Media CEO Aleksandra Subotić said on the occasion.
